Who We Are
About Us
Steph Higdem is a state certified residential real estate appraiser who has been appraising in the Magic Valley since 2003. She first came to Idaho in 1988 to attend Idaho State University where she earned a master’s degree in sociology.
After spending five years in Australia, Steph returned to Idaho with her husband and daughter, had a son, and spent the next 4 years raising her family. In 2003, she had the opportunity to train as an appraiser, and spent the next 10 years with that company.
In November 2013, Steph embarked on a new adventure, opening her own appraisal firm, Higdem Appraisal.
